Calgary,
Hey guys, I'm ordering parts for an engine rebuild. I have an Evo 3 block, and I'd like to get a 4G64 crank to make it 2.3 litres... just wondering what length rods I need and what size pistons if I'm not boring it out? Do I just get them same size as stock??

Its stock length rod's (5.900"), and you need 2.3L stroker piston's. The wrist pin is set farther into the piston so that way the longer stroke of the 100mm crank doesnt send the piston into the head. You may want to talk with your machine shop first before deciding on what size bore piston you will need...depending on how much honing it would take to make the cylinder's true.

PS: 5 minutes of searching in the stroker section would have given you all the info you would have needed.
