injen intake, problem recirculating

Hey everybody, here's my dilemma my girlfriend bought me an intake for my 2gA and she got it for a aftermarket bov setup (i have a greddy rs bov). The problem is there is no tube for recirculation what am i to do. I cant send it back and i dont wanna hurt her feelings im teaching her about cars and its a long process seriously but she tries. . So if anyone has any ideas let me know please you guys have come through for me many times so thanks in advance! Oh and no recirculate tips it just aint happenin!

you sure she bought right intake for you? ### my 2ga with injen intake did have recirculate fitting. There is two choice you could return it and get the right one or you could take it to a shop and drill it out and weld recirculate fitting. I would go with the first option tho.

If you can't return it/exchange it for the recirculated version, looks like your only option is to take it somewhere that can dill the intake & weld on an inlet tube for you.

Yes that is your ONLY option if you want to keep that one she gave you because it has some kind of meaning behind it.

+2 or just sell it. And get one with a recirculation tube. I'm sure she won't tell the difference

If you feel bad about returning it to get the right one use it as a learning experience for her. Tell her why it was wrong and make sure that she definately understands why it was. And then have her return it and get the right one. That normally works well with my girlfriend.

Like what Kmoore said, Sell it & get the one with the recirculation one.I highly doubt she will know that ain't the one she got for u.IN the female mind's & eyes,All cars parts looks about the same.As for us guys,all women's shoes & handbags looks almost the same to us.

Thanks guys im gonna go with #2 on this one! And for the record shes a blond so there is no need to make her feel any dumber, and besides she got it from 9sec racing and they tried to tell me theres no recirculation tube on an injen and never has been so yeah. But my cousin has a shop in oakdale an he said he could do it for me. Also off subject i got the whole setup of a 2gA gsx for my gsx conversion woo hoo
