Exhaust System Help. What could I do?

I have full 3" exhaust on my 91 talon. The muffler is too loud and too large though. I'm looking for something quieter, nicely sounded, looks stock but also has more than stock exhaust flow. I heard Greddy has some good products. Where else can I look? So basically stock looking but better. If you catch my drift.

I would recommend looking at some Magnaflow mufflers. 3" straight through designs are available, you can get them in an oval shape for a stealth look, different tip options, and they sound great.....nice and deep.

Who makes your exhaust? You may have to cut off a welded muffler to make this work. Just letting you know incase you don't have access to tools.

I got the dejon exhaust when it first came out. Was too loud for me, so i replaced the muffler with a magnaflow muffler.

3" in, dual 2.5" outs. Looks totally stock, and sounds purring. I love it.

Summit has the muffler and tips i got.

Also, PLEASE search. I've told people about this muffler set-up like 4 times lately. It just keeps coming up.

The muffler was 80 bucks ish on summit, and tips were 20 a piece. Not a bad find IMO.

I searched but couldn't find much usefull information. Probably didn't search hard enough. . Thanks for the advice though. I'll definately check it out. Thanks.



By the way, Justin 5585, it is fully welded and yes I am going to have to cut and weld a new muffler. Thanks.
