IMO, it's pretty useless from both practicality and cost perspective.

1. Why would a custom manifold have only one fitting, doesn't sound very custom to me. :D

2. It will cost alot less to have extra fittings welded on the custom manifold.

3. Depending on the size of the unit as well as the size of input, feeding one vacuum/boost source into it then split it into multiple outlets will most likely cause pressure drop and delay therefore prevents precise reference from reaching important components such as FPR, BOV....etc. on time.
