I have no idea what this is. I was tinkering and checking out how stuff worked and started to take the throttle cable system apart and this was underneath it. I took of a harness on the bottom but now theres this other connection on it that seems to be compressed with air when i start to remove it. Anyone know what this is?

it might be.... idk. im really curious about the air thats compressed in the one line. I didnt take it off because im scared to hurt something
 
I don't think it's the cruise control. Here is my cruise control on my 95 NT...

ok well we've established it has to do with cruise but why is there a compression of air in one of the lines leading to it?
 
THANK YOU! haha i was waiting for an answer like that. Thanks. so it shouldnt hurt it to take off that hose? It'll just regain pressure when the car is started right?
