You will probably notice a difference in spool up times. But as far as any noticeable HP gains no, unless you are running like 350+ HP then you might gain some HP due to the 1g being more restrictive.

You will probably notice a spool diffference like stated above.

If you do do this though make sure you put in 550's to help compensate the increase in airflow. An safc helps tons to further tune it down.

It really wont be felt too much unless your are overrunning your stock 1g mas.

Yes, at those kind of power levels, you will probably be working it pretty hard. I would get the 2g, especially if you plan on going bigger later.

If It's of any use, when I installed 2G maf and 550's, It allowed me to raise my boost (overrunning 1G maf) and gain 5+ MPH in the 1/4 mile. I would recomend this mod.

Thats bench racing so no one will answer that. You will need a 2g maf if you want to run that boost. Also you cant just through it in you need fuel adjustment or you will run real lean. So safc, dsmlink or keydriver burned for 2g maf is needed.
