Ok i have finally saved a lil dough to spend and will be ordering ALL parts monday, but i have a few questions before this build.

My goal on this build is 450-500, i have a 1995 GsX with a 6 bolt swap.

So i'll be adding to the 6 bolt block

Forged wiesco pistons
Eagle Rods
new water pump, oil pump, all freeze plugs ect. ect.
metal head gasket
SBR street/strip clutch
ffwd cams DKs2
Stock Slaughtered Crank (removing 7 lbs) i think LoL
Lightened Fyweel
greddy emanage (not sure how to tune with this, still, gotta get a cheap laptop)
Water injector kit

Things that currently have to add to this project

255 lph pump
Evo III intake manifold
aeromotive fpr
780cc injectors
keydriver stage3 chip
maft translator and 3.5'' gm maf
AeM cam gears
Greddy profec B II
innovative wideband
Xsengineering tubular header
AgP 56 trim w/GT 40 comp wheel

If anyone see that i missed something please lemme know or ideas or something that looks out of the ordinary.

And do you guys think this set up will be able to yield 450-500 h.p. on 91 pump with the water injector kit.

If you haven't already done the swap, you should check out the guide from magnus motorsports.

I just got done building a setup very similar to yours. We are dropping it in tuesday.

Here's hoping *knocks on wood*

If you're going to go with a 56 trim turbo, I would suggest doing some head work. Maybe some cams and titanium springs so that you can rev higher, because it will spool much later than the 50 trim turbos.

Ya i've already done the swap, i just recently pulled the engine out to rebuild, ya i was a bit worried about the 56 trim and spool i do have ffwd cams DKs2, so all i might need is the Ti-retainers new springs. Thanks for pointing that out.

I even thought about doing a 2.3 to help that spool out, the turbo came off my totalled SrT-4.

First off, I would reccomend ditching that greedy emanage shit. I would sugguest DSMLink all the way. IMO DSMLink will do everything you need or want, no need for more aftermarket confusing tuning tools. Second, if you are already going to be running a water injection, do what it takes to make it a methanol/water injection kit. You will see more gains and less knock with the alcohol due to its VERY volitale characteristics. Other than that looks good. Also, make sure you shave the crank correctly, as to not mess up the balance. Good luck!

Yeah, with that turbo personally I would go ahead and give a valve job along with pro series valves, retainers etc in the head. Stuff is going to break when you start getting near those powers with little to no head work. Should at least make it able to take that power consistantly.

by pro series valves do mean stainless valves good springs and titanium retainers and should i over size them.

How much does the DsM Link cost and is it compatible with the modified Ecu i have atm and how do i mke the water inj i have meth compatible.

ohh yea if did get a DSM Link does it matter which i get since i have a 1g set up in my 2g?

thanks for all the responses
