Im looking to swap my T-25 for a 16G, and up my fuel system, new pump, prob some 650 injectors... Would i really need anything else? I wouldnt need any internal work or replace my cams would I? i guess my goal is somewhere around 280wheel horse nothing too extravagant at the moment. The rest of my mods you can peep on my profile so i dont have to list them

if you want to do the cheapest route get a EVO8/9 Fuel Pump ($30), EVO 560cc (picked mine up for $100), SAFC2 (got mine used $150), Ebay FMIC ($400). You do not need cams but they will increase topend most cams out of the box are good for 20-30whp.

if your going with 650's you need sometyhing to compensate like "dsmlink" or dsmchip and safc combo that will be your best bet. what kind of fuel pump do you have in mind ?
if you go bigger than a walbro 190 you need a afpr and dont try to same money here get a aeromotive , extremepsi.com i heard has good pricing on them i got mine from sbr. it all depends on your goal :|

You will need a fuel pump, injectors, a fuel pressure regualtor wouldnt be a bad idea and you should have a way to tune (safc, dsmlink...).

As long as you have a decent tune and manageable boost your internals should be fine. 15psi could be a good start but youll need to port the 16g or get the larger flapper to keep from boost surging at that low boost level.
