non- turbo transmission problem with laser

Ok so i got a n/t 92 When i put it in 4th just normal driving and works when u down shift. But when u give it any gas it pops right out of gear what do u think it is clutch,
syncrode, also i have it apart all the gears still looks new but the transmission has alot of tiny brass shavings and glitter that also looks like brass what could this be ? Also when my car gets warm it spudders or kinda misses when im driving but stops when i am driving but then some times it will pull hard what could that be? Thanks Josh

well the synchros are made of brass i think so alot of shavings is bad. and if it slips out under laod then that is most likliy your problem. there are alot of fwd dsms around here. and most are 5 speeds so it shouldn't be that much for a used tranny.
