i was looking threw a summit racing catalog and saw they had a pacesetter cat back for a 92-94 GST but nothing pre 92... whats the diffrence between 90-91 and 92-94? or is it just a typo? i was only looking at it ### its cheap and im not spending another 700 on a cat back like i did on the lightning

I do not believe there is anything different from the 2, I just looked through the sale stuff on here and they offer the same part for both 90 and 94. The pace setter is cheap but I doubt you would be all that happy with it, but thats my opion and I have little good about those systems.

figure i can do a header down pipe and cat back fro what ive got into my catback alone on my lightning.

headers mid pipe and cat back for that are gunna be close to 3000

Damn that was expensive, another route you can go is take it to a local shop...Heck of alot cheaper and the same thing. I mandrel bent pipe is a pipe, mine was done that way and alot of people take the cheaper route and do like that. Granted its not as pretty and all but thats up to you.

Are you looking at a 2 1/2 or 3in? Any more mods to the car that you want to do?

its 3inch and ceramic coated. right now i have a 16G with an HKS intake and thats it

Again avoid PaceSetter, spend the money on a trusted brand or just do the local thing...2 1/2 in is good for most people but ALOT just put 3in on so they do not have to deal with it if they choose to modify their cars even more.
