Hey there guys I made another pull from 2nd gear tonight and here are the results, also remember I have a 2.5 exhaust, intake, 680cc, evo3 16g, 190 walbro, safc2, datalogger, fmic, hacked mas, wideband. That is all the mods that would have anything to do with my tuning problem. I have my boost set at 17psi I get no boost spike also holds very good vacuum don't have no boost leaks did a test today.

Safc2 settings my lo settings are all at -18 should I just leave them there or should I zero them out and let the ecu take care of it.
HI settings- 1-4 -18, 4.6 -16, 5 -8, 5.6 -8, 6 -8, 6.6 -8, 7 -8

Now I have no knock but according to the wideband im running really rich, here is my log

2nd gear pull
Rpm, Knock, Tima, o2
2406 0 17 87
2906 0 16 89
3562 0 15 87
4343 0 11 87
5125 0 7 87
5718 0 13 83
6312 0 13 83
6718 0 15 85

Now what shoudl I do for the rich condition and also the timing?
Thanks, Dewayne

My wideband says rich and then up toward the higher rpm's it will read around 10 bouncing around. THis is a 1g and I have read every thing I can find on tuning LOL

Most likely your problem are the injectors. They are too big for being controlled by an safc. 650cc is the max, that an safc would tune, and its pretty hard though. The hacked Mas could be caussing problems as well. Your timing doesn´t look very well, i would try first getting a stock Mas, and if that doesn´t work, then try a set of 550CC injectors or 650cc. Its never a bad time to think about Dsmlink.

No dsmlink is out of the question I don't have the money for that right now if my ecu had been a e prom then I would have got dsmlink that is why I went with the safc2. My fuel trims say that they are lean whch doesn't make sense since im running rich my lo is 118 med is 115 and hi is 109. my injectors are brand new and I know people who have used the 680cc and had no problem with the safc2. I just can not figure out what is wron with my timing unless the base timing is off im going to check it ouf this weekend I just reallly want to get this car running to it's potential and also be reliable. Thanks for all the reply's!!!!! Keep them coming.

I would work on getting the fuel trim right before you do anything else. I would also check for leaks between the maf and the turbo, and do another boost leak test. What does the wideband say at idle?

I'll do another boost leak test this weekend. At idle my wideband reads 14.7 to 15 it like bounces areound it will not change no matter where I put the settings on the safc2 I guess the ECU pretty much controls it and keeps it stoich. Thanks
