650cc 190lph without fpr?

You won't need an afpr. I'm assuming that you already have some sort of SAFC or MAF-t that you're running though since you have 550's. 190 pumps are fine with the stock fpr.

Running a 190lph and 680's right now I'm running dsmlink with it no problems at all..

i do have a safc II....i havent bought the injectors or pump yet...my plans were for a 16g of some sort with a 190lph and 550s or 650s...im only shooting for 300-325whp on my fwd...should be able to get it done with that set up right?

If you want to run a big 16 or EvoIII then I'd go with the 650's because 550's you'll run too high of a duty cycle if you want to run around 20+ psi of boost. I know a couple people that with their EvoIII and 650's are running a 99% d/c with 24psi. Do you have a FMIC as well? If not get one because a sidemount will only heat soak when running over 20psi as well. Other than that you should be alright for over 300hp.

i wanted to keep the sleeper look so would running a supra sidemount be good enough?

It should be ok. I had that same setup a little while ago before I got the FMIC. I do have to say though while I had the supra i/c my boost stayed at like 20-22psi and now I'm running around 24 with the FMIC. I'm not too sure how it would do if you go up to 24 but it didn alright on 20.

I run 680's with a 190 and tdo4b v-trim bolt on turbo with safc2 and it does great. Installed many others never had any problems.
