Ok guys, I just recieved my new XS FMIC kit and it came with 2.5' short route piping. The piping has a flange for a 1g BOV and I was wondering if anyone who had used this kit put on a HKS SSQ BOV and how? The flange seems to be welded on. I'm just wondering what steps do I need to take to use HKS SSQ BOV. The person who I bought it of (2GAWDTALON, great member on this site), told me that it wouldn't be difficult to change it.

I'm still learning so all help would be appreciated, especially from the people who have used the kit. Thanks in advance!

Either cut the 1g flange off and weld on the flange you want, or look and see if theres any companies that make a conversion piece.

You can always buy a used 1g bov... crushed as well too....

Yeah, you are correct. I can just buy a 1g HKS flange/adapter. Thanks!

I use the 1g to HKS adapter. Got it for $5 from a local guy. Here is a picture:
