Lately I noticed when I have my parking lights on and I turn on the vent button my lights dim down quite a bit. It's not like they recover as if it had a bad ground. Also this doesn't happen when I turn on the fans, the radio, and the rear defroster. So it's just something with turning it on, and it's not like it's overloading the alternator, it happens with all accs. off and just the parking lights on. Any ideas, like a bad ground or what not?

Which vent button - the rotating air control knob, slider, or ????
Which lights dim? The parking, the dash, or ???
Does this happen with engine and key off?
Measure voltage at battery when this happens versus not happens.

The button below the hazard light button. it's glows orange when on, and is only on when the fans are on turned on.

The dash lights and parking lights dim.
