Hello and thanks for looking: You are viewing a palm based data logger for first generation Dsm's/VR4's and 3000GT's. The only differance between this auction and my other it that this comes with a standing hotsync base for easy mounting and display in your cars interior. This is an amazing tool that can be used to log all of the engine vitals and it can also be used to pull trouble codes and run diognostic tests. You will get a palm m100 with the most up-to-date logging software available, the standing base serial hotsync cradle, OBD1 style cable that now includes the special ALDL style diognostics port connector for true plug and play, a palm case, and a CD that has everything you need to get started....palm desktop, palm quick install, hotsync mannager, and the logging software incase your palm should ever loose power and loose the logging program......No one else offers the actual software for re-uploading in case you loose it!!! Also, my competetors claim the ALDL plug for the diognostics port makes them true inthusiasts. Is the little plastic plug worth 30 bucks....NO, trust me as its practically free!!! You will be getting exactly what the other guys offer......only difference is that I am selling these loggers for a fraction of the price they sell theirs for. Save 30-50 bucks and get the same exact thing. I guess one thing I have on them is that my OBD cable actually mounts to the hotsync cable so it will not come loose when tunning, and........Oh yeah, shipping is FREE! Thanks again

I just got mine in the mail last night, and let me tell you the thing is nice! even came with batteries in it LOL, brand new, has a body glove case, cables all look good, hotsync cradle is really heavy, so should sit on the dash nicely, and the software seems pretty decent! I'll let you know when it's actually been tested on the car, but for now it seems awesome!

yea she's in and logging well! the only thing is that if you leave the cable plugged in to the obd1 port she throws an abs light upon start up, remove it before you start it and you won't see the light. once I get some logs on my computer I'll post em up here! All in all great deal, nice piece, and I love it!

gotcha, just freaked me out a bit when I saw that light LOL, so abs is disengaged when the logger is plugged in? Might as well remove the system anyways....was thinking about getting rid of the ac,cc,abs, and ps

Sounds like a good buy. You might want to consider an M130 in the future. It is color display plus rechargeable battery. Can recharge thru hot sync cradle on car adapter..all thru ebay.

I started w/the M100, but it is sometimes difficult to read in sunlight; the M130 is alittle better. The main problem w/the M100 are the AA batteries you have to change. You have to change them w/the speed of Superman or you'll loose all your data and have to reload the software.

If you are using MMCD and your CD gets unuseable you can do a search and download for free.

Good luck on your datalogging.

thanks for all the feedback fellas i am new to the dsm world and need all the help i can get. is there a site i can get some instructions on how to use this thing or is it self- explanatory.
