Blown Turbo Seals symptoms?

Buddys car was blowin smoke (burnt oil..yet a white smoke) out the exhaust tonight and when oil cap was taken off to check oil it almost blew off from built up pressure and the dip stick wanted to blow out due again to built up pressure(engine off). Is this turbo seals? Car still ran fine considering...Some insight would be MUCH appreciated!!

Sounds like some pretty massive blowby, actually. Piston rings. What kind of numbers does he get back from a compression test?

Gonna check it soon. he was just driving normal though..and it started smoking like a whore..i did some searches and other guys w/ blown seals have the same symtoms.
