No spark, no fuel

A friend of mine is having problems with his 95 gs-t. He was driving down the road and it just shot off. It will turn over, but will not start back up. He tested it and it is getting no spark or fuel. He has tested the ecu, cas and engine fuse. He is going to test the crank sensor tomorrow. Is there anything that he could be forgetting that would cause both of these problems to occur at the same time?

fuel pressure and coil packs are reasons for these things happening, yes, but not at the same time. Timing wouldn't cause this either. He has checked the mpi fuse and it was fine.

Any other ideas?

the same thing happend to me awhile ago and it was the crank sensor so have him check that out

Have you checked to see if the timing belt is still there? If it snapped the cam position sensor won't read and may result in no fuel/fire, among other bad things.

Well, he ordered a new crank sensor the other day and it came in today. He put it on and wa la. Thanks everyone for the help. It is appreciated.
