There is a hose containing coolant that goes back and connects to the firewall. I can't find it in CAPS? I think there is only one or two that connect to the firewall so any ideas?

Part number would be awesome, but mostly just what it is called so I can get a replacement one. So just go to autozone and say I need heater core hoses and I'll get what I need?

Now that I know what they are, I searched on CAPS. You can get a "heater hose kit" with both hoses and all the clamps for $20 at www.mitsubishiparts.com part number MR162454. I don't see part numbers for them individually on CAPS. Shipping is 10% of order. Thanks for your help.

No problem :thumb: Good luck with replacing them. Be careful when you take the old ones off the heater core, as the nipples are easily deformed. The hoses tend to stick really bad, and if you aren't careful when you take them off, you can crush or twist the heater core nipples.

Now are those molded lines or are they just going to send you some 5/8 line and 2 hose clamps? Im not sure the difference between 1g and 2g, but in my 1g I think I spent a whole $6-$7 to replace both lines. Just take off the line and go into any parts store and they can sell you a section in the length you need.
