i have a 2g maf hard wired, walbro 255lp, aeromotive afpr, pocket logger, 650cc fic inj and a safc neo .
i set my safc : 500, 1k , 2k, 2.5k, 3k, 3.5k, 4k, 6k correction is 30%lo 80%hi
reconnecting the battery because i just dropped the 650's, (for safety reasons), i set the low settings in the drive way, 02 trims were looking good they were solid at 100, 1k 2k 3k 4k . around +10 on the low the same on hi thr
i drove it from work, now at idle my o2 trims fluxuate from 90 to 110 non stop, my low fuel trim is around 125 , but this is set at +50 to get to this on the safc !!! what the hell? i notice that afpr dropped to 30psi when i got home but i had it set at 39psi when i left work ( is a 25mile drive ).
do afpr have to be set a few times ? i dont think that it works like that-
the settings on the safc are way to high right?
am i doing something wrong ?
am i mising something ?

p.s. my o2 sensor is new , no check engine lights:confused:

+50 sounds like alot of fuel with those 650's.... post up a log if you can.

How many lbs. boost?

how about some more detailed info here.

Ok. Lets get some terminology correct. You have 3 fuel trims. Low, med, hi. And you have 1 o2 trim. The o2 trim will be forever changing with throttle position. 50-70 mph cruising you want to keep that as close to 100%. This is not used at WOT. Low fuel trims will change alot. Again, try and keep your LTRM MTRM HFTRM all about 100% give or take 5%. Your AFPR, with the car running take the vac line off of it and plug it. Set the base fuel pressure with vac line OFF to 37-38 psi. May I ask which FPR you purchased? With the mods I see there is no way you need to ad +50 on the SAFC. Your problem is your fuel pressure.

Here is what I would do. First set your fuel pressure correct again. Set your NE points on the afc, skip that 500. Start at 1k and go all the way up to atleast 7500. Set Low point 30% Hi point 60%. Take away about 22 negative corrections across the board low and high on the afc. Disconnected your battery to reset the fuel trims again. On your logger set it to view knock, timing, tps, rpm, and your 4 fuel trims. Start the vehicle. Take it for a light drive. Watch your LFTRM change. Make corrections on your 'low map' on the afc to keep that as close to 100%. Then I think you can take it on your own here to get the rest of the trims right. Carry your 'low map' and copy that to your 'hi map.' :sneaky:

Excellent post TurboChrged93 except for a couple things

I would go with 80% on the high TPS trigger point, but that really doesn't matter. Also, I would start in the -10% range on the SAFC, since he is running a 2g MAS. The 2g MAS will account for about an 18% injector size increase. I'm guessing you just didn't notice that because -22% with 650's would be a good place to start.

But, your post was detailed, well written and balls on correct. Keep up the great work!
