Ok sooooo my friend and i just installed a Boost Gauge in his 98 A/T Spyder GS-T, and we took it out for a test drive and it was running fine, when the plastic hose going to the gauge poped off. soo we pulled over and popped the hood and reconnected the hose, and now when he punches the gas the car starts to sputter and sounds like a machine gun firing. It starts when he punches the gas and hits about 3000RPM the car is still drivable but it only happens when trys to build boost rapidly. i called one of my friends and he said its because of the weather... its 35*F here where we are but that seems unlikly to be the problem... the car has some mods on it but nuthing to extreme heres a list of the mods.
