:dsm: :beatentodeath: Okay my 95 GSX is acting strange. 1st I had a bad altenator, changed it out, and the car runs fine, but now if I turn on the headlights, they stay on after being turned off, and if I honk my horn it wont stop blaring, and finally neither of my windows will roll down or up. I thought it was a relay, but I switched it with the fog light relay, also switched it with the horn relay, and the problem persists. I checked fuses, and underhood relays with no luck. I also got my friend who is an electronics technician to look at it, but he can't seem to isolate it to a single cause. Please someone who has some experience with a problem like this respond and help me. I thank you ahead of time! Josh

Can't say I've had this extreme a problem, and the windows really throw me off, but when the internal pieces of my turn signal unit on the column broke, tthe headlights were always on. I had to replace the entire assy - turn signal and wiper controls - about $150 from the dealer.

Not sure about yours, though, with the windows acting up. They have nothing to do with all that aside from the ACC position of the key cylinder, imo...

Well it sounds like the alternator fuse is blown. My car had identical symptoms when it happened. I know you said the fuses are fine but check the alt. fuse again. Or if its hard to tell just replace it and see what happens. They are like 5 bucks.

Yep, alternator fuse gave me weird problems too. Like turning on the headlights turned on the horn also.
