Resolved Unknown plug on thermostat housing

I cannot remeber what this is for. I am working on 6 bolt swap into a 95. Thank you.

It is for the 1g emissions system if I am not mistaken. I have eliminated it on my car. Chances are you dont need it for the 1g in a 2g convers.

i have that also on my 1g....no need for it, just emissions as stated.

Why would it be for the emissions if its plugged into the thermostat housing? Can I just leave it alone or do i have to plug that hole? Thanks

It is the thermo valve for the EGR system.

Just remove it and put in a plug, or cap off the nipples.
