So my fuel level gauge is broken and I was wondering how many miles should I drive it between fill-ups so don't get stranded... I only drive city...no highway...150...200? Thanks

well it just stopped working about 3 days ago...in a perfect world i would have it fixed but im broke... far as mpg i never est before so i dont know... ill be driving pretty easy for now until i get a 2nd car... does the low fuel light work independantly from the gauge? Thanks

my fuel gauge on my 95 tsi is also broke an yes the light works, i just go buy that or fill up about every 220 miles

ha must be common with dsms, mine is broke too, its just stuck at 3/4. the temp gauge next to the fuel level is also stuck in the same spot so i'm guessing my problem is just wiring, i havent gone around to looking at it but i'm gonna try to find the problem tomorrow when i hook up my new guages:thumb: incase i cant fix it does anyone know how much it would be to take it to a shop to fix my problem?
