4in Thick Intercooler

I recently purchased a 30x12x4 intecooler.

Problem is local tuner saysits too big for my application..I have a Mitsu 20G TD06 950CC Injectors and Methanol Injection.

What size intecooler should I get is the 4inch one good enough.

I don't have an answer to your specific question, but the Hahn 27"x6"x4.5" is good for up to 500 hp they claim. Probably more with meth injection.

I have a 4in thick ic with a evoIII, with no problems. Of course im going with an FP green after DSMlink shows up. Im sure the turbo might want a smaller core but it was a good deal.
