I've read the tech article for tuning several times, but there's certain things i don't understand.

1) I checked my logger today, and i let the car warm up, the Low fuel trim changed to 103%, does this means im rich or lean? should i substract or add fuel? If i understand correctly then, i should substract 1% on the safc, for the fuel trim to get closer to 100% because at 103% its a little bit rich?

2) Hi throttle means im actually boosting right?

3) I know i should tune for no knock, but the guide says to do a pull in third gear. Does this means i do only a third gear pull and i don't go to 4th gear?

4) The car begins to change fuel trims once it's warmed up, but when it cools down, the fuel trims just get stuck?

5) The tuning of the low fuel trim would automatically change the medium and high trims? I only need to worry about the low trim basically? the medium and high trims should be close to the low fuel trim, and if not, how do i tune for the medium and high trims.

6) the guide explains to hold the throttle at 1500 RPM. Do i need to do this until the trim begins changing? Because i had it at 100% once i turned on the car, it warmed up, and then it stayed at 103 and it didn't move anymore. Does this means that I need to add or substract fuel with the safc for the trim to change later on? While still holding the throttle at the designated rpm?

Help me find out, how this trims work. I have the idea, of it, because i've read several times the tuning guide. But the low throttle is a bit complicated.

2) Hi throttle means im actually boosting right?
No, High throttle is set by your SAFC. Look at your TH points and it should indicate two percentages. One is lower and one his higher. Basically, let's say your TH HI is set at 70%, your HI corrections will go into effect once your throttle is over 70% via your TPS. This applies to on boost and off.

3) I know i should tune for no knock, but the guide says to do a pull in third gear. Does this means i do only a third gear pull and i don't go to 4th gear?
Essentially when you log, you want to start in third gear at around 2000 rpms and floor it until you get to about 7000 rpms. Then you just take the information for just that WOT pull and tune from that information.

4) The car begins to change fuel trims once it's warmed up, but when it cools down, the fuel trims just get stuck?
From the point the engine is cold to when it reaches operating temp (180*F or so), your fuel trims are just "remembered" fuel trims. Once the car reaches operating temperature, the ECU and logger will update to the current fuel trims. The reason the fuel trims get "stuck" when it's cool is because the ECU has not updated the current fuel trims.

5) The tuning of the low fuel trim would automatically change the medium and high trims? I only need to worry about the low trim basically? the medium and high trims should be close to the low fuel trim, and if not, how do i tune for the medium and high trims.
On your SAFC you have the option to tune for LO and HI. As mentioned before, this is applied via what throttle position your at and what you set your TH points. Low trim is basically only for idle and cruise correction. Your HI corrections are DIFFERENT from your Lo corrections and account for your WOT (wide open throttle) pulls.

Help me find out, how this trims work. I have the idea, of it, because i've read several times the tuning guide. But the low throttle is a bit complicated.

Hope that helps. Here's your prize. LOL jk

OMG. I just checked your profile and you're running bigger injectors without a tuning device? GET AN SAFC ASAP.
