Does anyone have pics of where all of the vacuum lines off of the intake manifold go to. I have looked at the taboo diagram over and over but that doesnt help me because i dont even know where half of the things on that diagram are located. I just want to see a picture of where everything goes.

better yet... Just put an EGR plate over it to ignore messing with it altogether, and dont pay $15 or $20 like all the stores want for it. Go to a junk yard, find a N/T eclipse/talon/laser... anything with a non-turbo 4g63. Look on the passenger side of the intake manifold where the EGR body usually is. I believe all non-turbo 4g63's have them stock. hope that is useful to you.

Thats the problem though, I dont know where the egr is or what it looks like. I need a picture of it.

Check out the gallery section, you can look at pics of my engine bay if you don't find any better pics from other members, my vac lines are still same as stock. I'm at work or I'd get you a better pic.

Read more carefully. You did not help him, -as he stated in the quote above, he has that diagram.

If you haven't checked it out yet, the engine primer on the 1000 AAQ page might help with some identification.

This is the best pic I found after about 8 pages of engine pics in the gallery. I circled in green the general area you should look to find the EGR valve. The valve is actually located on the lowest part of the passenger side of the intake manifold below the throttle body, just to the side of the intake mani support bracket. The vac line nipple of the valve points downward.

Thanks go to Jeff (Epic904) for the pic.
