popping ot of first

when I get in start my car and go to put it in gear it will sometimes pop it back out, it has gone form violent to smooth over the last 3 weeks. and when idling in second my shift knob will shake. Is my tranny f'd or is this crank walk ? most of the time it shifts smooth, but after a run or harder driving it seems to happen most.

Not sure, but to me it just sounds like the notchy dsm transmission. I think with crankwalk your clutch would be sticking to the floor.
