I was wondering what the largest size of BFG DR's I could fit on my 17's without rubbing? Some have said they run 235's with no problems and I've heard of some running 245's without spacers.... What do you guys think?

Buy the tire that is reccomended for the rim. Anything bigger will cause your ride to suffer. It almost feels like driving a big boat with low air in the tires. Your ride will be much better with 225's.

On what offset?

To be honest, I'm not real sure on the offset... I bought the wheels used... They're Enkei RS7's

No one can tell you what will fit and what won't without knowing the offset and wheel width. Offset spec is usually stamped into an unmachined surface on the back of the wheel and may be preceded by the letters "ET."
