Question about TO4S Compressor Housing and Stock radiator fans

tomorow i will start to upgrade from a Stock t25 to a T3/T4 60-1 Turbo with the 70 a/r compressor housing. My questions are...

Will this turbo fit with my stock radiator fans using a Turbonetics maifold?
Will the stock radiator blades will melt?
If not, do i have to change both fans or just one?
What is the best way to intall them, between the intercooler and the bumper o between the radiator and the turbo? ( i would love the clean look)


Im on a budgent and right know i cant afford my car not running in a few days just because i dont have money for the fans...

any help will be apreciated

It wont clear with your stock fans. You can do it between the bumper and the radiator but might need two fans instead of one. I have mine that way and dont have problems unless I am sitting in traffic for a long time(and yes Hawaii is known for it). I would suggest the cheap route since that's what you want and get a 12 incher and mount it on the passenger side in the engine bay.

are you running internal or external w/g? If you go external, will it be a mani. mount or O2mount?

I will be using the Turbonetics T3 style Manifold with a Turbonetics evolution 38mm external Wastegate and a custom 3 inch downpipe.

The wastegate is manifold mount

Run 2 slim line fans one pushing one pulling I have the pushing fan mounted on the passenger side and the pulling on the driver side infront of the radiator which gives a whole lot of clearance. Look at the picture in my profile you will see how its mounted.
