Clutch problems

Hey guys i tried to post this in the drive train section but i geuss imto new of a user. Anyways the problem is with a 90 eclipse GSX AWD. We put a 91 rebuilt trany in it and a new exeddy stage 2 clutch and light whight flywheel we changed the shifter and linkage due to the 91 tranny being a lil diffrent and switched the 90 shifter lever that came off onto the 91 tranny. So i installed the New clutch flywheel and throw out bearing bleed the lines did everything that i know of that should have been done (this is far from my 1st clutch /tranny install)we have the car on 4 jack stands so all wheels are elevated off the ground. we started the car in nutrual and it sounds like the throw out bearing is making crazy noise when the clutch is out. you could tell the clutch was being pushed in becuse with the clutch out the throwout bearing made noise with it in it didnt make noise but it still was not letting the car shift. So we shut the car off and put it in gear it started up and all the wheels spun push in the clutch it doesnt do anything but make noise when its not pushed in let the clutch out make the car shake i have taking this tranny out 3 times now and i am getting sick of it . i have chaged everything that has been listed in other posts cant figure out problem ### help me out thanks......sLo-DsM

Did you make sure the tranmission is completely flush with the block. If it is even the tinyest bit off it will make a lot of noise. Also did you get the right flywheel? Are you sure it is the TOB. Either way you are going to have to take it off and see what is rubbing. Make sure the pressure plate was torqued properly and the disc was aligned right. Did you use an alignment tool to make sure it was centered? Also you can put the disc in backwards as well. Make sure it's in the right direction.

I f-ing forgot the check to see if i put the clutch plate flywheel side to the flywheel how did i make a dumb mistake like this yes i did use an alinement tool and the clutch and flywheel came new in a set thanks for the help anyone else feel free to speak up thanks alot guys
