93, TSI stock and I just put on a 2G MAF, boost gauge, A/F gauge, manual boost control, down pipe, high flow cat, Super AFC, and IC pipes. I drove it for 500 miles with out getting on it hard(full boost), then bam CHECK ENGINE. WTF? What has happened to my baby?
 
I would assume that you have a logger if you have an afc, right? If so, you can read and clear dtc's with it. If you don't have a logger, get one before trying to tune. You will find it very useful.
