Well guys, I have just returned from picking up my Newly Race Ported Head. I mentioned before about the Company called PortWorks. The Owner Ported my head Personally. I must say that It is the BOMB. I mean everything looks great. Oversized Valves, Porting that is second to no one. Wait. I think that I am getting a Woody.
Again! You guys need to check him out. He does great work, at great prices.

I will be posting Pictures in a minute.

I am going to let the Pictures speak for themselves.

Very nice looking. Looks like he didn't port it too much and hinder the flow. Did he bench flow test it so we could get some numbers over stock?

I must say the valves look nice... But where are the pics of the exhaust side??? nobody cares about the 1g intake side... Hell that side should be left alone, its large enough as is... Plus polishing the intake side is a HUGE no no... Say hello to turbulence !!!!! Did this guy even flow bench this after it was ported? You could have all uneven flow... Anyways Take some pics of the exhaust side, thats the side that really matters... The head does look very nice though...

Id like to see some info on that.

From what I know, polishing the ports on an EFI system is perfectly fine. Its a "HUGE no no" on a carbed system as the rough walls cause a tumble effect to help keep the fuel atomized. Ports shouldnt be ground down past an 80 grit then.

i know many people who still go ahead and port the 1g intake side no complaints and it works for them just great i have a ported 1g head as well and i have 0 problems with it.

It seems as if you have ported alot of heads. I know alot of people who port the intake side. Where did you get that information? And what type of Flow nubmers did they get?

I have not gotten the flow numbers. I will contact Portworks and see if I can get the numbers. I will be putting the car on the Dyno the week after next. I will post those numbers also.
