Why does my evo III turbo have a 070 turbine housing but only a 6cm inlet?

I just bought an Evo 3 turbo from ExtremePSI. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when it says 070 on the turbine housing, that means that it has a 7cm turbine inlet right? Well mine says 070, but when I measure the inlet, it is only 6cm. What is going on?

Anyone? Please help me out here. I don't know if ExtremePSI is selling me a fake or not.

It's been a long time since I had mine apart but the 7cm housing and manifolds aren't 7 cm in diameter. Here's an old post when I measured.

Thank you for the replies, guys. I'm going to settle this one and for all. ExtremePSI did sell me the right turbo and housing. Even though it says 7cm, it does not refer to the turbine housing inlet. It is referring to the area of the housing. And it should be labeled as 7cm2. The inlet is supposed to be 6cm. I did some research and also ExtremePSI explained it to me. They are great at returning emails.
