Which exhaust to use : Megan Racing, Or Apexi N1 ? DP compatibility ??

Ok, from the get go I have wanted to use a full MR turbo back exhaust, but they were not avail for the 2g AWD.... So I bought the newer revision of the MR DP. Very nice peice.
While waiting for the 2G exhaust to become available, I ran across a killer deal for a 7 month old Apexi N1 turbo back (catback and came with the DP), and bought it.

Should I sell the Apexi and get the MR catback ?
Could I use the MR downpipe with the Apexi catback ?
Should I just use the Apexi turboback and sell the MR downpipe ?

What is the best route to take here ? I really like the craftsmanship of the MR products, yet I have heard alot of good about the Apexi N1. I don't like however that the Apexi is not SS.

A pipe is a pipe. Go with the cheapest.

Well I allready have the Apexi turboback, but can I use the MR downpipe instead, will there be any difference other than looks ?
I know my MR pipe is full 3", while my Apexi DP necks down to 2.5".
I have a 3" o2 outlet with an atmospheric dump tube.

Is the inlet and outlet on the apexi one 2.5" or the whole pipe?. Do you also have a high flowing cat converter too or are u using the stock one? If you're using the stock one, a downpipe would be useless. But anyway, I don't think there would be a difference between the two pipes other than looks.

The Apexi is a 3" system from the flex pipe all the way back, in some places it looks to go up to 3.5", however like I said the pipe from the o2 to the flex is like 2.5".
How much could one expect to get for a slightly used awd apexi downpipe ?
