vacuum line re-route

I've been throwing a CEL so I hooked up my logger and checked it yesterday. It's a p0443 (purge control valve circuit malfunction). I cleared it but it came back pretty quickly. My question is this:

If I just re-rout the vacuum lines and bypass the EVAP, charcoal canister etc. will this eliminate the CEL?

I know I shouldn't bypass emissions but I'm not going to spend a lot of money maintaining a 10 year old car that drives fine other than this. Thanks for the help!

The CEL's triggered electrically. The coil in the solenoid isn't giving back a proper value. Re-routing vacuum lines will have no effect. Replacing the solenoid will fix it.
