Your 2G manifold will handle anything you throw at it especially after giving it a good port job. There's no point in just purchasing that manifold at this point, unless you are thinking about buying the entire kit, which is a damn good deal. For more info do a search.
 
i just actually just got done installing one of those on my car... great piece, preforms well, install went perfect... couldnt ask for anything more.... check out my pics theres a small pic of it right after the install....:thumb:

I agree with that. But the GT mainfold is nice if you have a crack in your old one or just don't feel like doing the port work or paying for it to be done.
 
I see no evidence as to why this product should be called the "GT EVO exhaust manifold." It simply looks like a ported EVOIII exhaust manifold, and nothing more. There is nothing special about it, so there should be no reason to stamp it with a "GT" title.
