i'm using a stainless oil feed line from the oil filter housing. the fitting that bolts to the turbo is leaking. everything is brand new. turbo, lines, etc. is there a special tool to use to tighten that fitting? it's a really tight fit for anything to go in there. anybody else have this problem? thanks

Easiest way to do it is with the turbo off the manifold. It is very hard to get in there with it on. Are you sure you have the right fitting for the turbo? I would recommend getting a SS feed line that uses a banjo bolt like stock. Much easier and less stuff to worry about leaking. You are probably gonna have to drop the turbo some to get in there.

I have bought 2 aftermarket kits and both came with banjo fittings for the turbo. I just take out the AC fan and bought a 19mm wrench and cut it down to size to fit in there (make sure you retain the closed end) Works fine and dandy.

are you sure you have brass washers, make sure they are new.

with new washers it should not take much pressure to get it to seal.
