16G turbo Rebuild

Where could I find 16g turbos in need of a rebuild? Or where could I find ones that are rebuilt?

How much money could I save, and how easy would it be to find the parts I need? Thanks in advance.

I would check out the dsmtuners.com classifieds for used turbos, there are some on there fairly often.

Given the cheap price of 16Gs these days it might be cheaper to just buy a new one.

I'm on quite the budget...so $600 on up isn't very cheap for me
