Oil Leak

My oil line running from the head to the turbo keeps leaking. Its leaking on top of the turbo. Iv tried replacing the washers, gm pipe thread. What causing this? Do I need a whole new line. New bolt for it? If so where can I get these from?

I would remove the line and inspect it for leaks, check the condition of the banjo bolt and washers and probably replace both. if that doesn't cure it you may have stripped threads or some other crappy problem.
