Alright i have a 2g and the stereo in it is a really fat one that i want to replace, i know for 1g's theys have something that can hold like 2 gauges and a stereo or something in place of the stock stereo but i couldnt find one for a 2g any help would be appreciated thank you.

You could probably get by using one of those 1g radio bezels with little to no modification, so if you can pick one up cheap have at it. You could also fab one up from a sheet of lexon or carbon fiber. Another idea would be to buy a stock trim piece and make one out of fiberglass. :thumb:

Yeah the 1G bezel should work fine...you might have to do a little modification for fitment, but that's no big deal.

Any DIN radio will fit perfectly.

Despite what Crutchfield, BestBuy, Circuit City and all of the rest of the on-line and paperback catalogs incorrectly say, there is plenty of depth behind a DSM's radio for mounting any DIN- or ISO-standard full, half or 3/4-DIN radio. And, the DIN up/down and side-to-side mounts are to DIN/ISO spec.
