I searched the forums for some things that I think might be wrong and didn't find anything. I had my car down for about 2 months while I had the turbo ported, bought a new radiator, new oxygen sensor, new MBC, Jpipe tapped and powder coated, new clamps, bolts, etc. Anyway, After installing all of the parts, and having the negative off the battery for 2 months. I decided to check and see if there was any power left in the battery. So I turned on the car with aux power, the lights came on and the turbo timer came on but the AFC did not. So I went and had the battery charged, still the afc will not come on. Since the AFC gets it's power from the ECU's power, I was wondering if a blown fuse somewhere could cause the ECU to not have power. I did notice when I was installing the new oxygen sensor that the connector to it had a black mark on it near one of the female connections (the ground I believe) could it of been possible that the old one had arced or spiked and blown the ECU fuse?
I also wanted to mention that despite the AFC not coming on I still attempted to pull the 20amp fuse and prime the turbo with oil as well as reinstalling the 20amp fuse and trying to start the car. It of course won't start, I'm assuming because the ECU has no power due to the blown fuse or the ECU is fried, which would explain why the AFC has no power.
