I have a 1992 Eagle Talon TSi and I am having alot of trouble trying to find a cold air intake to replace my out dated stock intake. I can find all kinds of intakes for my model but they all say for non-turbos, so if anyone knows where to find a cold air intake system for a 92 Eagle Talon that is turboed..please let me know..Thanks :talon:

You would have to make it if you want a ''cold-air intake''. Whats wrong with just a regular aftermarket intake?

Any kind of aftermarket intake will be fine, but I heard cold air intakes were good. I just want to replace the intake and all the tubing that goes along with it

Cold air intakes are not necessary for a turbo car. That is why you don't see them sold. If you'd like to make a CAI, then you will have to build on yourself. If I were you though, get a 3" intake pipe with filter and call it a day. Intake temps (provided you have proper airflow) will never get out of whack with a standard intake pipe (and that, sir, is why 95% of DSMers have intake pipe / filters) Go with what's proven!

If you are looking for an intake there are an assortment here.

They have most any intake combination you can think of. You will notice a differance in the sound of your turbo and b.o.v with it. There are no "cold air intakes" for our cars because the turbo compresses air and makes it hot anyways so no point. One of those will be your best bet. Not sure if eBay makes one for 1g or not.

It will not relocate the BOV. I think you are thinking that the pipe going to the TB is the intake but it is the upper intercooler pipe.
