I looked, didnt see what I wanted to...If theres a link with it please post....

I got an auto, and was thinkin about taking the injectors from a manual, since I read that they are bigger....

Is there any problems with this? Mainly with the ECU. I will get a feul managment system most likely in the spring, and was thinkin about putting those on in a few weeks...

Also, they would be from a 2g eclipse, turbo, for my 1g talon.

I just wanted to make sure everything would hook up alright. And if I shouldnt put them on until I get some other stuff then please say.
I know I should just save up and get some bigger injectors, but I would rather just work my way up, learn the whole tuning thing as I go, before jumping head first without the know-how. That and I can get em for cheap right now.....

Too, anything else I should look for from the 2g eclipse? Its at the junkyars so Im pulling what I can from it. ALready got the intake elbow, may take the turbo soon, they just want too much for it so Im kinda waiting, taking the rods from it......

--Oh yea, if the 2g wont work too well how about from a manual 1g, N/T ? Or are those just smaller all around? Seen something like that, not sure.

You'll need some fuel management before you drop those injectors in.
Your best route would be to find a manual eprom ecu from a 1g, at the junkyard. Or look on here or ebay for a chip(if you already have an eprom) A lot of manual guys have swapped chips in there eproms and would sell you the old ones.

1g Turbo in decent condition would be better then a 2g.
You could get the exhaust manifold and 02 housing though.
Manual N/T have small injectors, i dont remember 2something.

Ill look around and see what I can do with the eprom.... Ill ###### just grab em for the heck of it, since I gotta take em out to get to everything else.

2G rods and turbo are nothin to compare to the 1Gs. I'd take the 2G pistons and then machine the rods to fit. The injectors are a waste to put on at this point. I'd only take em to sell to honduh heads.
 
^^ Thats what I was gonna do. take the pistons, then make them fit....

Good thing I work at a machine shop :)

But ya, perhaps I will just part that car out online....
