Swap injector pins

I'm putting a 98-99 black box ecu into my 95 eagle talon tsi and I noticed that you have to swap the cas if you don't want to swap the injector pins and cas pins since everything is backwards I was just wondering do I swap the 1-2 injector pins 3-4 injector pins and the crank and cam sensor pins and it should run? Or am I missing something I tried using death I couldn't find anything if an of y'all have a diagram it would help tremendously thanks guys
