Okay, well I was looking at my car in a parking lot and started wondering why my car looks like its leaning towards the right. My car looks lowered..

Only on the rear drivers side though, I did a little finger test for wheel gap and I came up with 3 fingers for the driver side (the one that looks low), and the other passenger rear, and its 4 fingers.

What can be wrong, what should I be looking for? My car makes a squeeking noise in the driver side rear, I always thought it was the brakes because the car never looked low. The cars allignment is kind of off, it veers toward the right when I'm driving.

Any ideas?

Thanks alot,
j

My favorite part of that link:
(Please note that this is the original unkillable thread, and not very interesting. Resist the temptation to reopen the question.)

are you on factory struts, if so how many miles. My car had 104,000 when I replaced my struts and just doing that raised the front end around .5 inches. I did that about 1.5 months ago and I have my factory struts lying around, they have not even risen from a fully compressed position.... Check that out and check out your bushings

my car has 180k on it, the struts were replaced at I think 60k? I'd have to look at the service recipets. How can you tell its the suspension, and the link didnt really answer my question.

how do I check bushings?

Thanks for the advice though

The link basically says: It just does.

This question has been asked many times.

If you really want to check your bushings, drive your car up on some bricks, make sure it's stable, and start tugging on suspension components. If anything moves, the bushings there are shot.
