I just took off my EVOIII 16G and replaced it with a percision/garret turbo. When i bought it they said that i should swap out my ported 2G 02 housing for an EVOIII. When i put it all together my exhaust system is being hit against the drive shaft! this is due to the difference in the mounting angels.... has anyone had this problem and have you fixed it?

Yes, there are a lot of threads on this. The EVO III to downpipe flange is at a slight more angle then 1g and 2g's.
Cheapest way is to take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld you on a new flange on your downpipe to match the angle of the O2 housing. Shouldn't cost more then 10-20 bucks.
