97 GS...(420A) That belt looks like a PITA to change...any advice? (serpentine belt that is)

The most important part of this one is make sure you either have the little schematic on your engine bay somewhere or make one up. Other than that, just loosen the tensioner and remove and re-install the new one. Just make sure you know beforehand how it goes on.

That multi V belt is a PITA to change, but as Old Mitsu Tech said, loosen the belt tensioner and make sure you follow the schematic.
 
that belt is easier compared to doing a timing belt change on the 420a. I'll never work on one of those again
