If you have a fuel pump that flows more then a Wally 190, then an AFPR is nessisary. There are loads of threads floating around in a couple different sections on here. Like spyderturbo007 said at idle/cruising speeds you will over run the stock FPR, but at WOT when our cars start to guzzle it won't. Also don't get a B&M FPR it's just a piggy back to the stock, and will be over run just the same, so you won't be provided with a true 1:1 ratio of fuel pressure.
