DSMlink has been reading knock ever since I remember. I literally tried everything to get rid of it with no luck.

Anyways, I think I've narrowed the problem down to fuel supply. So it's either my pump or the injectors.
My question is: how do I check whether or not my fuel pump/ injectors are working properly?

Well, the only way to know if your injectors are spraying to their efficiency level, is to take them out and have them flow tested.

As for your pump, manually check it at different voltages with the line off to see how it is flowing. You will need to have it on a line with a pressure guage.
