Aftermarket cams with stock T-25

Is it worth it to run aftermarket cams with the stock T-25? If so what would be some good grinds? I am curious because it may be awhile before i am able to upgrade to an Evo 3 16g.

If you install them, don't expect any significant gains while you still have that T25 in there. That turbo runs out of steam around 6K with stock cams. If you put aftermarket one on there, you won't be helping a turbo that's already breathless at redline. If you can buy the cams, leave them in the box until you get a larger turbo that can really take advantage of larger camshafts.

Not that big of a difference in price. Get the EVOIII now and save up for the cams. I would say the T25 blows, but it doesn't

Unless you are getting free cams you can get a used turbo for a good deal. If price is a concern get a 14b and some mods. You will notice more of a difference with some upgrades then cams on a T-25 alone.
